Step 3: The 5-Day Rule

After 5 days with no review: drop it. Over-asking damages the relationship.

1-Star Response

Future customers read your 1-star responses most carefully. A calm, professional response shows you handle problems well.

"Write a calm, professional response to this 1-star review: '[PASTE REVIEW]'. Keep it under 80 words. Acknowledge their frustration. Apologize. Invite direct contact. Don't be defensive."
